Heath Walmart evacuated due to bomb scare

HEATH, OH (WCMH) – A Licking County Walmart was evacuated Tuesday evening after a bomb scare in the building.

It happened around 6:30pm at the Walmart at 911 Hebron Road in Heath. Officials said a caller said there was a bomb in the store.

According to Heath police, the building was closed to the public for about three hours as crews searched. Investigators were unable to find anything suspicious, and cleared the scene without incident.
