Buckeye babies born this weekend get their own LeBron James shoes

COLUMBUS (WCMH) — Babies born Friday and Saturday at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center will get a special pair of shoes from LeBron James’ collection.

The little Buckeyes get their own Soldier 10 Infant shoes, which are donated by Nike, in honor of Ohio State’s big rivalry game against “That Team Up North.”

The infants will match members of the football team, who have their own special shoes from the collection.

Earlier this week, hospital staff started wrapping up newborns in “Beat Michigan” sleep sacks.
