Six-year-old boy calls 911 after mom passes out at Wendy’s with syringe in arm

RIVIERA BEACH, FL (WCMH) – A six-year-old boy called 911 after police say he found his mother passed out in a Wendy’s bathroom with a syringe in her arm.

According to a police report, Amanda B. Levine was told her son she was going to use the restroom. After a while, the boy went into the restroom to check on his mother.

The police report said the boy found Levine on the restroom floor with her pants down to her knees and a syringe in her arm.

The boy told police he crawled under the stall and tried to wake his mom up by pinching her. He then called 911.

Levine was taken to an area hospital.

According to police, Levine said she passed out because she was constipated and was having hot flashes.
