iPads stolen from elementary school in Columbus

COLUMBUS (WCMH) – CPD hopes that surveillance images will help lead to the return of several iPads stolen from a far east side elementary school.

According to Columbus police, the theft happened sometime between 4:15pm on Friday, November 18 and Monday, November 21.

Two people broke into Oakmont Elementary School at 5666 Oakmont Drive and stole numerous iPad minis from classrooms, according to police.

The first suspect is described as a black male between 15 and 20 years old, standing between 5’ and 5’9 and weighing between 110 and 150 pounds.

The second suspect was described as a black male between 15 and 18 years old, standing between 5’ and 5’9” and weighing between 110 and 150 pounds. He had black hair with long dreadlocks.
