Viral ‘Anaconda’ burrito video causes a boom in business for restaurant

FRESNO, CA (WCMH) — After sharing a video that has been viewed more than 17 million times, a California restaurant is having trouble keeping up with the new found business.

“People from out of town, Los Angeles, San Diego,” Taqueria Yarelis owner Edwin Espinoza told KFSN. “They say they’ve never come to Fresno but they’ve come become of the Anaconda Burrito.”

The Anaconda burrito is just like any other burrito, except it’s about five times bigger; fives tortillas and five times the fillings.

“It takes us two days to eat it we have a family and we get full with the burrito,” Stephanie Ruiz of Fresno told KFSN.
