Police looking for suspects who stole medications from north side Walgreens

COLUMBUS (WCMH) — Columbus Police are looking to identify two people who robbed the Walgreens at 2150 E. Dublin Granville Road on Sunday morning.

Police say the suspects, both males, approached the counter around 9 a.m. One suspect jumped over the counter and implied he had a gun as he stole “an undetermined amount of medications.” He jumped back over the counter and both suspects left on foot.

The suspects were described as male blacks in their late teens to early 20s, both 5’10”-6’2″ with a thin build. One was wearing black jacket with a grey hoodie underneath with the hood pulled tight to his face, and light colored sweatpants. The other was wearing a black puffy jacket with a black hoodie underneath with the hoodie pulled tight to his face, and grey sweatpants that had a black stripe around the knees.

Anyone with information as to the identity of the suspects are asked to call the Columbus Police Robbery Unit at 614-645-4665.
