One in stable condition after shooting in Linden

COLUMBUS (WCMH) — Columbus Police say one person is in stable condition after a reported shooting in Linden.

It happened around 9:44pm in the area of 953 East 26th Avenue.

After arrival, police found one man suffering from a gunshot wound to his right leg.

The victim, Richard B. Brown, said an unknown man shot him once and then fled the scene.

Brown was taken to OSU in stable condition.

The incident is under investigation.
