One killed in Pennsylvania floods


INDIANA COUNTY, PA (WCMH) – At least one person was killed Thursday during floods in Indiana County, Pennsylvania.

WPXI reported a man went to unclog a pond near the Indiana-Armstrong County line and was sucked into a pipe.

Aerial video recorded by WPXI shows fracking tank trailers knocked off train tracks after heavy rain caused flooding.
