Baby Back Ribs - Shane's

Instructions:
  • Preheat grill to medium heat
  • Season ribs with garlic salt, black pepper, Lawrys season salt, and chili powder
  • Place ribs on grill over indirect heat. Grill until ribs are done and tender, 1 to 1 1/2 hours; turn occasionally
  • In a small bowl, stir together remaining ingredients
  • Baste ribs with BBQ sauce during last 20 minutes of grilling time, turning as necessary to coat all surfaces
 
The Rules to BBQ Ribs:
  • Always use fresh meat
  • Never boil the your ribs
  • Avoid using meat tenderizer
  • Don't be scared to make your own dry rubs
  • Soak wood chips in water for 30 minutes before using them
  • Use real wood lump charcoal
  • Think slow and low. You always want to cook BBQ slowly, and at a lower temperature
  • Add moisture with a pan of water on one side of the grill to generate steam
  • Be careful not to sauce your ribs too early
